Easy Exercises for Slim and Sexy Legs

Do you want to have beautiful, slim and sexy legs? Try those exercises! You can start to exercise just now, simply by watching and repeating moves that are explained on the video you like.
To be more motivated: sign in your callendar to be back here every day of the next week ( or better: two weeks :-) for 15 minutes and repeat the exercises. I'm sure you will see the results soon.

First video
Slim and Tone Your Legs

- Pulse your seat down
- Move your hips left to right - right to left
- Rise your heels - left one, then right one, then left one again etc
Do 30-60 repetitions of every exercise:



Second video
How to Do Inner Thigh Exercises

- Lie down, cross left leg over the right one
- Lift the right leg up 10 or more times (at the beginning 10 will be perfect)
- Then make circles in the air with the right leg, then reverse the direction
- Try not to touch right feet to the ground
- When you finish, change your position and exercise the other side in the same way (this time, right leg crossed over, left one lifted)
This exercise helps to burn fat and to shape inner thigs.

How to Workout Your Inner Thighs : Leg Lifts for Inner Thigh Workouts

- Take the position on your kness, put hands in front of you (try to keep the 90 grade angles)
- Right leg goes up - start to move it by doing small circles, then you can do larger circles, but only if you feel comfortable with it
- Make sure you keep a soft knee (simply because you want to keep your knees healthy :-)
- Then switch to the other side and repeat your exercises
