If you're looking to have a better looking bottom, you should know that it is not enough to build bottom muscles, but also to exercise your legs, especially thighs, in order to achieve well balanced look and uniformly developed muscle mass.
The good thing is that we train our hunkers in lots of every-day situations like squatting to pick up something from the floor or climbing stairs. But often it is not enough to feel satisfied. In this case, the best way to improve our bottom shape is to pick up some exercises and train regularly, few minutes per day. The best way would be to choose a workout you like and then to rotate exercises every day. Otherwise you will get bored soon ;-)
