Many people thought that weight gain is the main cause of cellulite; however this was debunked by researchers as even slim people or even skinny athletics can be affected by it. Instead, main causes of cellulite can be attributed to factors such as hereditary, poor diet, smoking, lack of exercise and hectic lifestyle. So are you destined to live with cellulite for the rest of your lives? Although it is not easy, here are 5 proven tips that can help to get rid of cellulite.

Smoking

There's really no reason for you to smoke. It harms your health and triggers your body to suffer from cellulite. Try to visualize the benefits of going smoke free and make the necessary change to do good to yourself and your family.

Stress

Are you losing sleep due to massive tensions in your daily life? Stress can affect your health in areas such as skin, sleep and even cellulite. Each of us has 24 hours and there's only so much you can do. Enroll in leisure activities like yoga, sailing or jogging and most importantly, learn to pace yourself and leave some time to relax.

Exercise

Do you exercise at least 3 times a week? Exercise is a good way to reduce cellulite.
