You Are Beautiful - Show it to the World!
Each of us is an individual human being - there is no one else in the whole world that is 100% similar to you. So each of us can be beautiful in his/her own individual way.
There is a lot of factors that makes you look in an unique way, some of them are genetically defined (like skin or eye colour, body high or feet size), other can be created by You. Yes, that is right - it depends on you how you manage, emphasize body attributes that you like most (maybe well-shaped legs or this unique hair colour or beautiful hands...?) and hide the ones you are not willing to be easily seen by others.
Have a look in a mirror and say: I'm so beautiful... and... which parts of my body makes me feel unique and proud of? No, no - do not say: "nothing"!!! You are great and deserve to feel great about yourself as well :)
Let's analyse what mother nature gifts are your favourite ones now. It can be:
- shape of your hands, legs, feet,
- face contour and skin coloration,
- hair type, length and colour, your hairstyle (maybe you dream to change it?)
- shape and colour of your eyes, lips, nose and so
- attractive breast, bottom and whatever else part of your body that YOU like.
Now it's time to prepare a shortlist of parts of your body that:
1. you like most
2. you desire to improve
3. you feel neutral about (neither like nor dislike).
Finally, the secret is to emphasise what you like most. For instance, buy and use high-quality eyelash mascara to make your eyelashes even longer than they actually are, or make french pedicure and wear sandals to show how beautiful your feet are.
If there is anything that you are willing to improve, simply make a plan, stick to it and execute it step by step. Do something every day and you will see the results fast.
For example, You may dream to change your hairstyle. Check the web for hairstyle proposals or simply find a good hairdresser and ask for advice. If you are convinced about his idea and his professionalism - simply let him make this idea reality.
Another example: If you want to lose a few pounds, simply start walking everyday to your work or eat a salad instead of a hamburger. Make a trial period for those new, everyday habits, let's say for 3-5 weeks. After this period, look up at the results. This is not a magic formula to loose 10 kilos in one day. This is a way that with small steps made every day will bring you to long-lasting and noticeable results.
